I provide a free , no-obligation initial meeting to discuss your ideas and aims for your property or outdoor space . This can be done either in person at your property or over the phone / video call with a subsequent visit to your property for survey requirements .
I would then put together a fully costed proposal and , on approval , would then schedule a timeline to commence work .
Absolutely ! I can work in periods of downtime and to limited timescales wherever possible to limit any loss of rental income .
I certainly will not be the cheapest contractor nor will i be the most expensive either ! I aim to provide a quality , reliable service to maintain a long-term relationship with my clients rather than a quick ‘splash n dash’ turnaround which does not benefit anyone whatsoever .
Once the proposal is agreed , an initial deposit allows me to start work on your property and then progress invoices will be issued at agreed intervals depending on the scale of your project .
